Life is a flow of yin and yang
Sometimes we flow softly
Other times more forcefully,
Yet ultimately
It’s the interflow
The balance of both,
That allows you to be all you can be

Today’s world can be full of distractions but ultimately we decide our point of focus.

All real faith and motivation comes from within, situations, people and experiences from the outside can take us to this point but ultimately it is ourselves that drives us to keep going towards any goal, or any important task. This poem is wrote with that purpose, we all have that place within, find it and you’ll be on fire, then nothing will stop you reaching your goal.
Feel the fire come up within you
There is nothing to hold you back
Just believe in yourself and you’ll win
Bring up the force from within you
Believe in yourself, this is true
There is nothing that can hold you back now
Nothing except for you
Feel that force from within you
All is possible from there
There is nothing , or no place stronger
Just believe in yourself and your there
All is possible from here and now,
Listen to that place from within
All you have to do is believe in yourself

Many a true scholar have told us these words before
It is now time we listen, for its more important than before
Our world is filled with guises that hide us from this gift
The only way to truly know is from how you feel inside
So stand up for your life and be true to yourself
Don’t hide from your health it is your real gift of wealth
For once you really have it, then you will truly know

What is being in flow?
I like to define it as a feeling of being free, of being completly true to yourself, to your purpose and to others. Everything flows from there, you experience life with mindfulness, naturally flowing with the journey of life that we are all on. Not resisting or expecting but allowing the magic of life to flow through you.
To get to this place I believe it requires us to just follow our heart and our passions and be self aware,through doing this we will naturally fall in to this state. Always be yourself and follow your heart, there’s no better way for us to be.
This is a poem I wrote about my experience of this state. I call it ‘Flight’ because of the freeing feeling this state has;
Flight
When you feel that your in flow you just know that your right, because you feel that you are free and that you are in flight.
Lifting high above anything in to the free night , like nothing can hurt you or hold you down tight.
When you feel you are in flight you know you can fight, that nothing or no one can hurt you ,not with all their might.
Your in a state of wonder that’s high in to the light. So free like a fire fly that is shining so bright.

Helping to improve people’s health, as well as my own is something I am very passionate about because of the many experiences I and the people I care about have had. I am sure many of you too may have had similar experiences.
This is a poem I wrote about the value of health at the beginning of this year.
